Modern Scent delivers to all 50 U.S. states, including all residential addresses and PO boxes across the United States.
Delivery times and available shipping options may vary depending on the destination within the country.
Delivered to international addresses is currently not available.

Once you click the "Submit order” button your order is submitted for processing. We try and fulfill orders within 1-2 business days.
Your order number is in the confirmation email, in the My Account area in the section Order History and in the printed documents accompanying your shipment.
If you are registered you can also track the status of your order in the My Account area in the section Order History. You can also access our Virtual Order Assistant Bot through the Chat button.
Orders placed on the Modern Scent website are processed and shipped very quickly, which means we are unfortunately unable to modify an order once it has been submitted.
There is a very short window to cancel your order immediately after it is placed.

Modern Scent welcomes returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please follow the instructions under "How do I make a return or exchange?" below.
We welcome the return of products purchased on modernscent.shop within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To return a product purchased on modernscent.shop, please follow the steps below:
- Complete the return form attached to the bottom of your invoice, filling in the required information (please include your name, email address, order number, item number, and the reason for return).
- Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original box, if possible. Please include the completed return form and seal the box securely.

Return requests typically take 1 to 2 weeks to be fully processed, and we kindly ask for your patience during this time.

- We gladly accept the return of any item purchased from our website within 14 days of the purchase date.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included, within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Returned packages must be shipped prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, with the exception of e-Gift Cards, in which case a new electronic Gift Card will be emailed to the original recipient.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned for credit.
- If the returned item is part of a Set, all products within the Set must be returned.
Fragrance
At Modern Scent, you will find a wide selection of our latest products, including fragrances, beauty and care items, limited editions, gift sets, e-gift cards, special offers, and more.
We strive to keep all products available at all times, though some items may temporarily go out of stock and are restocked regularly.
All Modern Scent fragrances, accompanying products, and accessories are guided by our brand’s creative vision. Each fragrance begins with a concept inspired by our identity, followed by careful development and refinement to ensure every creation reflects our signature style and our commitment to exceptional quality.
They all contain a concentrate of perfume, with alcohol and water. The different terms correspond to the quantity of perfume in the concentrate as a percentage, as follows: 16% to 25% for "Parfum"; 11 to 15% for an "Eau de Parfum"; 6% to 10% for an "Eau de Toilette"; and 3% to 4% for an "Eau de Cologne".

Almost all Modern Scent products are available for purchase on modernscent.shop. We do our utmost to ensure all our products are available, but Items do occasionally go out of stock temporarily.
