All shipping dates shown on our website are estimated and provided for guidance only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external conditions. Modern Scent is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
• Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.
• We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
• APO/FPO shipments may require additional time depending on carrier regulations and routing.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): $6.85
Free standard shipping on orders of $100+.

• Standard orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Remote or rural addresses may require additional delivery time.
• Order processing begins once your checkout has been completed.

Restricted Products (Hazardous / Flammable Items)

Due to shipping regulations, certain products may only be shipped via ground transport within the United States. As a result, express or expedited shipping options may not be available for orders containing these items.

In some remote regions where ground delivery is not available, we may unfortunately be unable to ship orders.

Returns & Exchanges – Modern Scent

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included (if applicable).
• The return shipment must be sent prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery) returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. After the return is approved, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Promotional or free gift items
• E-gift cards
• Opened or used products

For sets or bundles, all items in the set must be returned together.
