Orders
Orders placed on our website modernscent.shop are processed and shipped very quickly. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered in approximately 3–5 business days, unless an expedited shipping method was selected (if available).

- The reason for the return
Upon receipt of the package, please allow 1–2 business days for return processing, and an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to post to your account. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will be notified by email.
Please note that engraved or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
