• Modern Scent may use your User Content in any media format, including but not limited to: our website, social media pages, digital ads, newsletters, retailer pages, third-party sites, email marketing, print materials, packaging, in-store displays, and other promotional or advertising channels. We may edit, crop, adapt, or create derivative works based on your User Content at our discretion.
• You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content, that any person appearing in the User Content has given permission for the use described here, and that you are not a minor.
• You confirm that your User Content is a truthful and accurate reflection of your honest opinions and real experience with Modern Scent products. If you received free products or incentives, you agree to disclose this in compliance with applicable guidelines.
• You release and discharge Modern Scent, including our partners and anyone acting on our behalf, from any claims or liability related to the use of your User Content.
